ZLink Intelligence
An umbrella project comprising ZLink Strategy and ZLink Agent, two subprojects focused on research and general-purpose agents, connecting accumulated methods, data and knowledge to practical applications.
ZLink Intelligence is the umbrella project for research and intelligent applications, comprising two subprojects: ZLink Strategy for research and analytical methods, and ZLink Agent for general-purpose agent technology and applications.
My work covers the umbrella project's positioning, research-method development, and product design and platform development for the website assistant. The two subprojects develop complementary research and agent capabilities, accumulating reusable knowledge, methods and applications.
Positioning: From Information to Practical Application
ZLink focuses on how data and knowledge become useful over time. Its brand centers on accumulated value, trusted connections, intelligent understanding and orderly decision-making, expressed through the following path:

The Chinese name connects the idea of collecting and organizing value with the idea of linking information, relationships and systems. Clear sources, scope and process allow each research or application effort to contribute knowledge that can be used again.

The umbrella project connects research, intelligent applications and knowledge accumulation through its two subprojects. Digital assets provide the current research starting point; website Q&A provides the current product experience. Further use cases will develop around specific needs.
ZLink Strategy · Research Subproject
ZLink Strategy is the research subproject within ZLink Intelligence. It organizes long-term observation, collecting experience, platform rules and serial-number culture into explainable, comparable and reviewable research methods. Its current sample is the Topnod digital collectible ecosystem, where artworks, platforms, rights and collecting behavior jointly shape judgments.
Research Questions and Observation Dimensions
The research starts with concrete questions: why a collectible is worth documenting, what rights a holder receives, how different serial numbers influence preferences within a series, and how platform rules affect display, holding and transfer.
The current framework covers eight dimensions:

These dimensions organize evidence, compare cases and make the conditions behind a judgment visible. The methodology will continue to evolve with additional material and practical feedback.
Current Foundation and Planned Outputs
The current foundation combines platform and collectible observation, rule documentation, serial-number and scarcity research, and comparisons arising from real collecting experience. The next stage will develop case files, within-series comparisons, platform-rule records and research cards, followed by a maintainable case library as the supporting material becomes more complete.
Research is planned for publication through the WeChat official account, connecting case documentation, methodological explanation and reader feedback.
ZLink Agent · Agent Subproject
ZLink Agent is the general-purpose agent subproject within ZLink Intelligence, developing a general-purpose agent technology system for knowledge processing, intelligent interaction and task assistance. Personal-website knowledge Q&A is its first current application and a practical setting for evaluating knowledge organization, source associations and answer quality.
Current Application: Answers with Supporting Evidence
The website application uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to organize public projects, experience records, essays and maintained detailed knowledge. It helps visitors understand my background, project work, research interests and potential collaboration fit. Chinese and English questions and contextual follow-ups are supported, with project goals, personal contributions and outcomes explained from the relevant records.
The main visitor journey is:

Product Capabilities and User Experience
- Understand the background: get an introduction to education, experience, projects and research interests based on maintained records.
- Explore projects in depth: understand a project's goals, personal contributions, methods and outcomes, or compare projects to assess recruitment, discussion and collaboration fit.
- Follow the sources: open linked project or experience pages to explore the context associated with an answer.
- Continue in either language: ask questions in Chinese or English and follow up on a project without restating the full context.
- Receive clear service feedback: get explicit feedback when information is missing, a request is outside the supported scope, or the service is temporarily unavailable, with request allowances managed across visitors.
Before publication, answers are checked against their supporting material, source associations and question coverage. Maintained knowledge, conversational interaction and answer-quality checks work together to support the experience.
Application Development and Next Steps
The current product serves visitors to the personal website, connecting background discovery, project explanations, source navigation and follow-up questions. Further applications will organize knowledge, task goals and permissions around the needs of their intended users.
Research assistance, professional knowledge services and business task assistance are future application directions. Tool execution and multi-step task collaboration will require further implementation and validation for each use case.
ZLink Strategy and ZLink Agent are two subprojects within ZLink Intelligence: the former develops research questions, material and methods; the latter develops knowledge-processing and interaction capabilities. Each keeps its current outcomes and future goals explicit, making its research approach, product value and application scope clear.
